  • 1-3 years previous payroll administration experience is preferred
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
  • Proven knowledge of US payroll is considered an asset.
  • Accurate data entry skills and superior attention to detail
  • Effective organization and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-pace environment while taking initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and the ability to adapt to new computer software systems
  • Post-secondary education in payroll administration and general accounting knowledge is an asset
