Those figures do appear to be out of whack! Specially for the Czech Republic?

Interesting numbers. Must be for a certain period only, hence the weird and surprising results.

On the bright side, it's good to know S.Africans can add the Czech republic as a possible destination.

Maybe Czech's unhappy with life in SA deciding to return home or its was a Czech tour party leaving South Africa :D? What I do question M-N is the skill of legislator? I think you'd have to be fluent the Czech language to work as a legislator or senior official. From what I've read, Czech not an easy language to master. Immigration is stressful enough, imagine trying to master another language on top of that. Interesting read from an Expat living and teaching English in the Czech Republic; http://www.transitionsabroad.com/listings/living/articles/moving-living-and-working-in-the-czech-republic.shtml

Definitely an alternative, but would be my last choice if based on this article; http://www.expats.cz/prague/article/czech-culture/is-negativity-the-national-pastime/.

Perhaps it's a better short term solution. I suppose it also depends on what you do there. I like to see the brighter side of things and see this an option, even if it is short term. :)

Even Sweden has higher numbers than NZ... I'd bet my salary that there's something wrong with the stats.
