Absolutely perfect - the sun is shining mightily, the skies are blue, the water even more so. There are 4 freshly caught lobster anxiously awaiting attention. I plan to do Lobster Mornay for the first time, we shall see how it turns out. This is my view right now... photo not the best quality, just snapped on my phone.
