Received the most dreadful news last night!

Our application has been returned as our noc code 1111 has capped out! ?

Feel like all our hopes and dreams have been dashed, with no light at the end of this tunnel!!!!

***devastated***

Good luck to all going forward with your applications... Wishing u much success with them!

This proccess is not for the faint hearted!

That is terrible news but it doesn't have to be the end of the road for you guys. Have a breather and submit your EE profile so long and try get a job offer somehow to improve your chances. Your dreams need not be dashed, its just another bump in the road on this very bumpy journey.

Hi Grant

Yes I agree it's not the end of the road! This is our intention to resubmit under EE, but we are just giving ourselves a little time to process everthing!

Thanks for the support and encouragement! This is the wonderful value this forum! Lots of encouragement And support from all!

Oh no! Not the news I was hoping for. Raquel, keep your eye on the end goal and don't give up.

Submit your EE profile as soon as possible with both of your degrees, which gives you extra points.

Like grant said, it is not the end of the road, but merely a bump....

As they say "a twist or turn in the road isn't the end - unless you fail to make the turn"

You just need to adjust your plans and timelines. Changing doesn't mean a change in the end game.

Raquel, I am so sorry to hear that you missed the cap! That is devastating!

As the others said, don't give up! I really hope that you decide to go the EE route :)

Best wishes x

Something just caught my eye;

Have a look at this website - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp#africa

I know that about 2 months ago it said that Pretoria would process an FSWP application (old rules - 2014) in 16 months.... Now I see 24 months..... (applications after 26 June 2010)

What do you guys think??

I also noticed that some time ago Helanie. Yet they seem to be going strong and not slowing..... So not sure how they came up with that information.

Yes!! I agree Werner!! All the applications on our forum seem to be processed faster than what they say... I really hope we all can be processed in such a way!
