Question - I have been looking at your time line and I wanted to ask if you got your RPRF request with your medicals or did it come on the 18 November?

Congratulations! That is awesome news!

I'm really delighted for you, and even more so after the disappointment of 2013 and your delay with medicals this year. This is a great reward for your tenacity!

Thanks guys!!!!! Cannot wait to go!

@Millaberry, We were issued medicals for me and my wife only, then we sent a CSE advising them to send medicals for our Daughter as well. They replied with a request for us to pay RPRF and the Childs processing fee. We received medicals for our daughter after the payment was made.

Thanks PJ - I think we will send a very politely worded email to VO just to make sure nothing has gone amiss - do I send this through CSE or email?

All the best for your move!

Hi Milla,

Yes I think do a CSE.

How did you find out that your medicals were received? Did they send you an email, seeing that your ECAS wasnt updated?

Nice one!

What I did was send a CSE with it attached and I couriered it to them too. It may be overkill but I wanted it to rather be delivered by hand too so perhaps they might act on it sooner than it sitting in an e-mail only.

Also - this link was on the correspondence

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/southafrica-afriquedusud/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng

it doesnt seem to give the option of an online payment??

Can we still do online payments?? If so, How?

Thanks!

Thanks Grant - could you please give me the address that the couriers need to deliver? Also I know that with some couriers they want a contact number - do you know what I should put for this?

Canadian High Commission

1103 Arcadia Street

Hatfield, Pretoria, South Africa.

Telephone: +27-12 422 3000

In the signature of the email it should say Immigration Section/XX I believe the letters where the XX are is the visa officer's initials. So I used those initials as the recipient's name.
