Hello All

Myself and my husband decided last year to immigrate to Canada and we are using an agency. I have sent off so many job applications but to date nothing. We are in the process so we need an LMO in order to secure FSW when the cap opens in May.

Any advice please.....

Lisa

The key in finding a job as a chef is to look in the small towns, since they have approved LMOs.

Are you using a Canadian formatted resume? Drafting a personalized (different) cover letter for each job posting?

Have a read here:

http://www.serviceca...vents/job.shtml

And have a search here for jobs in your field. Most of them might have approved LMO's already:

http://www.jobbank.g...age=50&Stdnt=No

One of our friends got a job this way.
