Good day fellow members. I am requesting some advice from those of you who have used some money that was gifted to you as proof of funds. I will be using my pension fund and some money that has been gifted to me recently to make ends meet if have not landed a job if and when I arrive in canada. So I am seeking some advice from the individuals who got their PR with a similar situation. Did you obtain a notary gift deed from an attorney etc or how did you go about getting the job done. I know ideally funds should reflect atleast 6months in the bank account but if I get a ITA before that, what should I do? Regards
Good day kind people. I have read a couple of things on the Internet relating on how to to go about getting a gift deed to use a proof of funds. If i received the proof of funds as a gift from my parents . And this will genuinely be a gift that they give to me as they want a better future for me and help me settle in canada getting a car furniture and surviving until I can stand on my feet etc. Is there anyone that personally used a gift deed as POF and received a PR? Please share the things I need to do or the information the gift deed needs to display and what other documents I need etc? Regards
Hi Everyone, I have a question about the proof of funds, I recently read an article that said if someone gives you the proof of funds as a "gift" they will deny your application. Is this true? My parents would like to help us out to get out of the country. So we are saving up as much as we can on our end then they will give us the rest that we need to show as proof of funds. Now the sum my parents will give is not necessarily more than our half. Will they still reject the application? We are looking at going under Skilled Worker program, I am also not planning on going without a job offers. Any input will be appreciated.
