  1. Hi all, We landed to activate our PR in February, and are back in SA now. I received an email today saying our photos for the PR cards aren't compliant and we need to send new ones within 30 days. I understand my photo possibly wasn't compliant, but my husband's was definitely within the measurements they gave us, so I'm not really sure how to guarantee the next set we send will be right either. Might just send a few sets. For people who've successfully received their PR cards - where did you get your photos taken? Or how did you make sure they were compliant? Thanks.

    CPCO-Final Request E-mail

Hi everyone!, So I received an e-mail yesterday that I need to send in my passport to get my visa issued for my PR application. Is it easier to submit it via courier or just swing by the offices in Brooklyn, Pretoria to drop it off? I'm not quite sure where to take proper photos in Pretoria. I have little confidence in the Kodak shops I've previously visited. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated Kind regards, Jaco

    Photos for the application

Hi Anyone tell me where in Cape Town we can have photos taken with the specifications needed for the application? The photos must: measure between 25 mm and 30 mm (1”and 1 3/8”) from chin to crown;have a 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8” x 1 ¾”) finished size.We went to a photo place in Cavendish that does Visa photos etc, a while back but the guy had no idea what I was talking about so we left it at that, but now that we are a couple days away from submitting our application it's probably worth doing We're going to try Orms in the morning, but if that fails?
