Hi guys, Just wanted to find out if there are any electricians here that have been been through the process. So my husband is qualified ,worked for himself for over 10 years, but now we have been told that he might have to go to the Ontario College to get a certificate equivalent of his qualification. This was said by my brother in Canada, he is not totally sure. Did anyone else have to do this? We have one IELTS and he needs a certificate of his qualification so that he can apply?
Please guys i know this is probably answered somewhere in the forum but i just need some straight answers. 1. what do I need for the application. I know we have to have the IELTS Test, police clearance certificate, and a health certificate. Is there anything else? My Husband is an electrician - qualified, are his school and qualification certificates we have valid or do we need more verification. 2. Should we both apply for everything and both do the IELTS tests or are we ok on one application. I have family there which gives us another bonus. Please help, just want to make sure I have everything together before we apply TIA
Hi everyone, I was wondering how long an officially issued "unabridged birth certificate" or a "marriage certificate" remains valid? I realise the "police clearance" certificate must not be older than 3 months from the date one applies, or so I've gathered. We're considering the fast entry migration method and from a couple of years ago I still have these above certificates (original). Would they be acceptable considering they were officially issued, stamped, etc and nothing has changed? thanks in advance Werner
