You will see the sign for Uplands RC on your RH side.

Entrance fee: $2.00 per person. Keep your ticket as there will be over 25 doorprizes. One of these prizes will be 1/2 a lamb.

Thank you for the feedback. To answer some questions.

1. For the business involved: If you want to sponsor, promote yourself or your business, yes you can. This is open to everyone. The UpLands Community Centre can accommodate approximately 25 sponsors. So please contact me sooner that later so secure space for your business. We already have 12 sponsors.

2. This braai is so affordable ($2.00 per person) because of business people sponsoring the event. They just ask for your support in future.

We have the facility from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm.

For the courtesy of the sponsors we ask people to arrive between 2.00pm and 3.00 pm to spend time at the sponsor kiosks.

Aan al die organiseerders, werkers en bydraers vir Saterdag se braai 'n groot dankie. Ek is seker menige sal saamstem dat dit 'n groot sukses was en sal waardering he vir die "input".

I'd like to add my thanks to the organisers and sponsors. Wish I could've spoken to more people, but had a great time anyway. The biltong was lekker, but I forgot to buy koeksusters. Aaaaggh! Where can I get them now?

Die spanpoging het soos 'n masjien met goed geoliede ratte gewerk. Dit was een groot plesier om saam met 'n groep te werk wat elkeen 'n meester is van sy spesialitiet. Wouter met sy vleispakkies wat individueel verpak ,was, Adeline met koordinasie, JC met roosters, Dawn met naamplaatjies, Die Malonies met die fasiliteit, en so kan dit aangaan. Wat 'n lekker groep mense bymekaar.

Die somer is nou haas verby, maar die "Business Forum" se aktiwiteite sal voortgaan deur die winter maande ook. Hou maar die "events" kalender dop.

Haai Gerhard,
Ja ons het so iets in die pyplyn. Dit sal Sept 11, 2004 in Bowness Park. Ons het diue mees Ooostelke hoek gehuur vir die dag vanaf 3.00nm. Ons is in die proses om 'n advertensie op die website te sit. Wil net eers Kanasie agter die rug kry.
