Hello Just a general question as our official landing date approaches.  During the interim/initial period where we might have an asset spread across SA and Canada, did anyone change or amend their will?  Our current will reads that our estate be dissolved in accordance with SA law, that seems silly though if all the family resides in Canada. Also makes no sense to have some assets liquidated in Canada and sent to SA only to be sent back once finalized.  Has anyone had experience with this issue? Should we see an estates specialist once we have landed in Canada.  Thanks

I’m sure! So sad watching that all unfold. How far along are you in your process? I will hope for you for rain too xx

Don’t give up guys! We had a score of under 400 with very little hope and then got selected by Ontario under their ICT program. Under 7 months later we are in the final stages of PR application. We’re still so grateful. Ontario has just reopened their OINP program. From what I understand they are first inviting Masters and PHD applicants but will then move onto the rest with over 400 CRS. Keeping fingers crossed 🤞

@Sarika wow!  I had a fight like that with ICB & FASSET for 10 months regarding the Diploma as mentioned above.  Finally got the email last week stating that is has been printed and is on the way to my College for collection.  Eventually you will break through and get your paperwork. Good luck to you

@BloodRaven don't lose hope. The year is still young  This process can be reallllly frustrating but I am confident that it will happen in the time that God has planned for us. Even though I am waiting 5 months!!!  for a certificate from UNISA I am confident that my begging will reach the correct person and that I will eventually get it. Then I will have a score of 404, like you.  Yes, it will be upsetting when I don't get picked in the next draw but as I said, our time will come  we just have to hang in there
